During the Eastern States Conference, employers will be able to advertise and talk to residents during conference breaks and lunches:
• Monday, May 6 from 12:30pm – 1:30pm
• Monday, May 6 from 4:00pm – 5:30pm
• Tuesday, May 7 from 11:30am – 12:30pm

A display table on Monday and/or Tuesday, plus an advertisement on the Eastern States website is available for $500.
Separate space will also be provided for employers to have private conversations with potential candidates.

The display table is 8 feet long and is draped. You are welcome to bring banners and other display materials.
The deadline for submission of all Recruiting Forum advertisements for inclusion on the website is April 15, 2024. Ads may be in pdf or Word format, in color or black and white.
