Instructions for Registration:

  • Each attendee must complete their own registration. Click the Register Now button below to get started. You can also find this information on the registration page of our website.
  • Choose your registration type and click Register Now.
  • Add a ticket for your registration type and click Continue.
  • Enter your information.
    • Choose your correct group (Group 1 or Group 2). A list of group assignments can be found here.
    • Residents choose either PGY1, PGY2, or Fellow.
      • All residents will need to enter their abstract. This is the only time to submit your abstract – there is not a separate process for abstract submission this year. Please adhere to the guidelines. Abstracts will not be accepted after March 1st. Prior to the meeting, minor abstract changes may be made, results and conclusions can be added, and presentation slides must be uploaded (more detailed instructions to come).
      • PGY2s may be assigned to serve as co-evaluators. For information on evaluating, click HERE.
    • Preceptors, you will be assigned to evaluate a session on one of the days your group is attending.
  • Resident presentations will be ACPE-accredited CE this year. ACPE guidelines require that everyone involved in the CE complete a Financial Disclosure. As all attendees will be either presenting or evaluating, everyone who registers will be asked to complete a disclosure. Your typed name will serve as your signature on the disclosure.
  • Click Continue to make your payment. Registration is not complete unless payment is received. To pay by credit card without logging into PayPal or Venmo, simply click PayPal and you will have the option to enter credit card information without logging into an account.
  • Click Place Order. Once your payment has been approved you are successfully registered for the Eastern States Conference. You will receive a confirmation email.

We will use an online platform to schedule and view abstracts. You will receive an invite from the platform in April. Please create your account when you receive the invitation. From there presenters will have access to their abstracts to make minor changes and update results/conclusions. Presentations will be live, in-person at Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania on May 5-8, 2024.

Cancellation PolicyCancellations received by March 31, 2024 will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received April 1-May 1, 2024 will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. Cancellations received after May 1, 2024 will not be refunded.
